Nightclub for sale - business/commericalUpon reading the description, this had to be none other than Houston's Hush Nightclub.
I personally know the original owner/founder, who told me lots on interesting tales about the place.
He sold the club years ago.
Now it looks like the new owner has decided its time to get out the nightclub
business. So it would appear that Hush Nightclub is for sale. I can't think of any other venue outside of the beltway and just south on I-10
Even though one might think that owning a huge well known nightclub might have its perks, it also comes with its risks. Hush is one of the few clubs in town that caters to the under 21 crowd. Just think of it as every night is teen night. This brings additional
security issues, and liability issues that you don't get with a 21+ crowd. Just be prepared to be sued by every parent who's kid couldn't show some self responsibility.
