Houston Country Bar Rebels Honky Tonk opening soon
Posted on Jul 8, 2009 by
Paul WhiteThere is a new country bar opening in Houston. The name is Rebel's
Honky Tonk. The same guys who built Saint Danes in midtown, are behind
the
marketing and management of this new venue. It will be located
North East of Downtown. Just take a look at this prototype logo. With
an image like that its sure to become the hottest place for cowboys and
all things southern.
I have been commissioned to build the
websites for the venue. Should have it up and going before August 1st.
Considering the Logo this venue is sure to bring out the haters. But I think its success will be based on the lovers coming out in large numbers to show their southern pride.
I talked to a friend of mine that does some bouncing at Moe's. He says that 95% of the people who come to Moe's are smokers. If this represents the demographic of a country bar, Rebel's Honky Tonk, might have some problems drawing a crowd, as it lies inside inside the Beltway 8. This puts it inside the Houston City limits where you can't have smoking indoors. I hope Rebel's Honky Tonk has a very large out door patio, and its patrons that smoke don't mind the 100 degree heat to enjoy their cigs.

I received a comment pointing out some of my grammar errors. Please forgive me as my first language would be
HTML, C#, C++. I try to correct bad grammar the best I can. Most of the blogs I make are posted quickly between projects, so please forgive any errors.
