Cheap Replacement Batteries for Tripp Lite UPS

If you own a UPS for your computer, then you are likely to run into the problem that the battery no longer holds a charge. Unfortunately the replacement UPS batteries don't come cheap.  But I found a relatively cheap place to buy replacement UPS batteries.  It cost me about $50 to replace the two batteries in my Tripp Lite UPS.  If you are in need of replacement batteries for your UPS try BatterySharks.com

I found them because I contacted the company that made my last set of replacement batteries.
Hopefully these batteries last longer than the last set. as I just replaced these in March.  I would expect a pair of 12 Volt 9A UPS batteries to last longer than 6 months.  However I guess it all depends on usage.  I was tempted to try to find a much larger 12 Volt sealed acid battery like one meant for a car and trying to custom built a UPS into my desk.  Wouldn't it be nice to convert your UPS to last you for days instead of just minutes.
