Godaddy Dedicated Servers equals Low Open Rates on your Email Campaigns

After parking some of my larger websites on Godaddy's Dedicated Servers about a month ago.  I have found where Godaddy is weak.  To say the least By Nov 1st I plan to shutdown my godaddy Dedicated Server, and move them to a colocated box with a local Data Center here in Houston.

Using PING times to pick your hosting provider

Acronoc Ping timesRecently I moved a few of my clients to Godaddy.  Even though I hear lots of bad things about godaddy, my websites are running faster than they had been running on HostMySite.  Turns out that this speed increase might have more to do with PING times than the hardware they were hosted on.

Godaddy Dedicated Server review and experiances

So one my clients has recently out grown their HostMySite VPS box.  It was time to migrate them to a larger box.  The choice we went with was a Windows Dedicated Server with Godaddy.  In this blog posting I explain the server we got.  Why we picked certain features, and how the setup is going.  This is a must read for anyone who is thinking about Hosting with Godaddy.
