No more charging sales tax on Website Hosting in Texas
Oct 13, 2011 by Paul WhiteThe Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts emailed me yesterday with a update of changes to the Texas State Tax Codes. As I glanced down this 16 page PDF, I noticed House Bill 1841 ( Effective Immediately ) Use of Internet Hosting Does Not Create Nexus.
"This bill provides that a person whose only activity in this state is as a user of Internet hosting is not engaged in business in Texas."
This tells me that I no longer have to charge sales tax to my out of state clients who host their websites with me. Awesome! However don't take my word for it. Texas Tax code is rather complex, and I plan to call tomorrow and ask the Texas Comptroller myself.

If you and your friends are planning to visit any of the haunted houses this year, then I highly recommend you checkout Terror Dome Houston Haunted House. They will scare you at every corner. The best part is unlike the other haunted houses which were basically a couple hallways and a chainsaw guy at the end. Terror Dome Starts with a chainsaw guy, and it gets even better as you go through.

Our neighbors dog had just died from heat stroke, so I made the mistake of trying to help this stray dog out, and put some food and water out for him. I guess this won him over because since then, he decided to take up residence in front of my house and my neighbors. I thought that maybe his owner would come looking for him, but I never saw anyone come looking for him. So I can to find the right officials to come pick him up.

That was until I figured out there are two types of Sim Cards. 2G Sim Cards and 3G Sim Cards.
